Wedding Shopping at the Supermarket??

Uh huh, you read the title right. In the lastest issue of Modern Bride there was a brief article about saving some money by shopping at the supermarket. It was actually quite a clever article. Here's the lowdown of what it said but to see for yourself, it's the April/May issue on page 148.

Dessert - mini cupcakes with pink icing and some berries added (the berries definitely made them so much cuter!)

Ring Pillow - stuffed animal from the toy aisle. This could actually be really cute especially if there's a stuffed version of your favorite animal.

Welcome Bag - The "bag" was a flower pot and they stuffed goodies into it, it was cute!

Favors - Small jars of jelly with a ribbon tied around them.

Place cards - pears with a name tag attached to the stems

Bouquet - they mixed 3 bunches of flowers and wrapped the stems with ribbon. Ribbon really can make a huge difference!

There you have it but really it's worth seeing the article for the little pictures, it's cuter than just me describing it!
